Kranevo is a much sought after area, close to the coastal resort of Albena and not far from the new international golf courses. There is a large expatriate population in residence. There are two plots available next to each other of 4000 sqm each of unregulated land accessible by asphalt, close to Rogachevo, Osenovo, Obrochishte and Albena, only 900m away from Kranevos infrastructure. The plots, although unregulated, fall within the 2km away from Kranevo zone, which means they are readily available for regulation and there is access to electricity and water and superb country views. Each plot has a frontage of 20m onto the main road. The sea is only about 1.5 km away. The plots are very competitively priced at only 28 Euros per sqm. |
