Description
25 km to the south of the sea capital of Bulgaria, along the course of the Kamchia River is situated the complex of the same name. In the immediate vicinity of the Black Sea, this place is a rare combination of unique flooded forests, called "Longoz", a river with aquatic plants and a lot of fish species. The beach strip is wide, with sand dunes.
The biosphere reserve "longoza" is a landmark and is under the protection of UNESCO.
The complex includes restaurants, cafes, a disco club and a post office.
The small hotels, bungallow villages and the camping sites are the ideal place for town people to enjoy their vacation in nature. Prices in Kamchia resort are more than reasonable.
